It's soooooo much healthier the way adult children interact with their parents--particularly their mothers--than when we (those of us old enough to have adult children) were younger. There are still generational rifts, but not so much of a gap. We not only have a host of ways to communicate, we also share books, TV, sports. We're get the same jokes. My daughter and I even coined a term for it: "generation overlap." With a little technological help, I'm going to get back to our website (now six years old and laying fallow because we were both otherwise engaged) Check it out: http:/www.motheru.com
